Concerns about a possible illegally rented unit below me. There are 3 units being rented in the building. While there appears to be an active rental registration for the property, it does not appear to include 3 units at this time. I am in unit A, there are renters in unit B, and there are Airbnb renters below my unit A. There are major issues with sound transfer due to the fact that the unit does not seem to be up to code i.e. the floor/ceiling has no real insulation between the two units. T
