1-9-08 - Saw Takaya in the camper - extension cord and bucket outside...it is evident that she is back or continues to reside in the vehicle. Advised Offcr Topacio.Asked SW CPT offcr Topacio to check to see if Takaya is still on the premises - I have monitored the prperty on several occasions and continue to see Ms. Wickstrom in the alley or on the street. October and November 2007.8/28/07 I spoke again with the owner. While she is still in the trailer, she has hired a new manager
