Per 2/16/16 online complaint: "Permit No. 6406886 When I went by this property yesterday it looks like they have forms in place for a retaining wall along the front of the property (west side) it appears that the new retaining wall is right against the back of the sidewalk but it should be built along the property line"***Is retaining wall along west P/L located correctly and per Permit 6406886? Or is it in the R-O-W?***
