Per online complaint: "Hole in the ceiling of our garage due to water damage, missing shingles on the roof prior to move-in (this was filed in a previous complaint). Sagging and cracks in popcorn ceiling in our second bedroom, our landlord refuses to fix this, so we had it tested, came back positive for asbestos."

Shingles missing from portion of roof and roofer believes rot may have set in. Gutters are clogged on house and workshop in back. Sagging and cracked popcorn ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Poorly maintained yard. There is also a rat infestation. (Referred her to King County).
