There's a leak on the basement of the community complex. In the parking garage. On top of that, there are several cracks on the floors and roofs of both floors. There's also a crack on the wall of level 1 on the basement stairs of the garage. And many other signs of wear and structural fatigue. This apartment complex is approximately 4-5 years old and should not be having these type of issues this early on.
