There's been a constant, very loud and annoying sound coming from the roof of this building for a week now. It's shrill and schreaching, a bit like a loose car belt (but much louder). I can hear it INSIDE my apartment across the street. I've tried to contact the building multiple times but they have not replied to my messages.

Per online complaint: "There is a very strong sewage smell coming from UNDER the sink. Opening the cabinet doors makes this very clear. Since the smell is coming from under the sink, it indicated the vent under there is the source of the smell. The neptune has not fixed this and can't seem to identify this problem."
