The building is cracked and sinking throughout the entire building and the balcony is separating from the structure. Also the cement is crumbling and missing from parts of the underside of the balcony. The parking lot has a large sink hole area. Inside apartment C, the floor is sloping down into one corner and is not level by at least an inch. There are various large cracks on the walls throughout the apartment evident of the damage. Two issues: 1. stairs on the south side of this building are no longer securely attached to the building. They don't wiggle, but have separated. A long fence separates the property from a drop off to an ECA ravine. 2. 8 feet of the fence has fallen off.
