Per Online; Water tank in underground parking garage has been leaking for years, now at crisis level. For the last two months the leaks have shorted out lights in the garage and there is constant standing water and minimal ventilation. Mold growth from the high humidity has begun. Tenants must enter garage to dispose of trash, recycling, compost in very dim lighting and now mold conditions. Leaking roof drains into his apartment, hallway, and other units. His unit has a 6sf area in the ceiling which has collapsed. The walls also take water because his floor gets wet. Claims that 2 of the 10 units are not rented/rentable because of severe water damage. Management will occasionally add tar to the roof but never fixes the problem.

Decibel levels more than 50 feet away in a residential zone from impact construction noise being performed for the Ellenbert building are in violation of 23.47.018 of the Seattle Land Use Code. I suspect this is not the first instance of noise in the several months of the Ellenbert's construction project that it has been in violation of Seattle Land Use Code, but this is the most severe instance so far.
