HOUSING--per phone call--pieces of the ceiling fell onto her bed. Landlord is saying the leak will be fixed and drywall will be replaced. Tenant is afraid the damage will require more than just drywall. What should be done so the ceiling doesn't cave again?

Building third unit in basement (enter on east side of building) without a permit. For the past couple of weeks they were removing stuff from the basement today the complainant saw them taking building materials into the basement. Filed online complaint too.(Per attached King County Records: 690 sq.ft. basement is unfinished.)
