Per Online; For two mornings in a row now, a small crew has begun tearing up concrete in the small alley/driveway between 910 & 916 10th Ave E starting at 7am. The noise from this work is extremely disturbing at this hour and takes place within a few short feet of residential units in both buildings. I'm a tenant of building 910 and was never given notice that this activity would be happening. The area the work is being done in affects ALL tenants of buildings 910, 916, AND 92

Per Online; Work has been left unfinished in front of our building since 04/12/2019. There is a large hole, roughly 3-4ft deep open in which cars park next to. All it takes if for a passenger to step out of the vehicle without realizing and injure themself. Additionally, the light that had illuminated that section of our street has been out since.
