Built HOT TUB AND DECK UNDER GARAGE OF UNIT #2 a couple of years ago without a permit in a Riparian Corridor (ECA 3)--WATER FROM HOT TUB drains directly INTO STREAM.Believe that hot tub needs a building permit so that appropriate drainage can be arranged via permit. Site Inspector Ede Courtenay has been out to see--please talk with her first.Please contact complainant, Ben Collins, to view. You will not be able to see it without his assistance.
