SHAG the property management (Terrance) or someone else at the time never gave me a written notice for increment of rent for the middle of the year 2026 and also they charged me early increment while being still under the old agreement valid from November 2025 through April 2026. PER PHONE COMPLAINT: no water.Last night a water line broke. No water in SHAG owned apartments. Toilet was removed. Tenant has no toilet and has to use commmunity room toilet. Last night tenants were provided funds for one night at a hotel by Redcross. The unit is not livable.
