Arrowhead Gardens Senior Housing (SHAG) rental apartments have no working dryers in Building A's laundry rooms which consists of 5 floors. Since March 2025, SHAG Management has verbally told Residents and most recently a resident's DSHS caretaker, the building's dryers are old and will be replaced. SHAG's racially and culturally diverse residents consist of vulnerable senior adults, many who are disabled, on disability, SNAP and are Veterans. Building A is only one of many buildings on site so
