CONSTRUCTION--per online--9223 Fremont Ave N replaced all landscaping with hardscaping. The front, sides and back yards are concrete. The "stormwater" cover (inspected in 2017) is covered with concrete. Seems as though all impervious surfaces are gone from the lot.
