Trash from this building has been sitting outside on the street for over a week. It's constantly littering the area and is not picked up in a timely manner. As a result, we've noticed an increase in rodents on our block.

"Per online complaint" Tree in back lot of Abel Court Apartments is creating hazardous debris, damaging vehicles and obstructing streets. My wife was almost hit by a 20' branch on 2/29/16 as it fell onto our fence while she was in our yard. This has been ongoing for over 2 years.
