PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: vegetation in back yard growing into our street (23rd SW) obstructing parking and traffic. Also making a home for rats, etc. Needs to be cut back to 5 feet from asphalt like the rest of the block. Don't know who lives there. Might be renters. Thank you.ongoing for years

Cutting of a 3 to 3 1/2 ft in diameter round tree might be an Alder or Oak. It does look like it's dying and might fall onto complainants or other neighbors property. I explained it the tree does fall on another private property it will become a civil matter. I looked for permits for tree cutting and did not see one. (Complainant provided contact information)***Removing a 36"-42" diameter oak or alder (appears to be dying) without DPD approval***
