Tree blocking view of traffic (if you are travelling south on 3rd Ave SW and trying to turn onto Olson Pl SW). Thinks it is private tree--could be SDOT street tree (see attached map). ALSO, a portion of the site (see attached map) is mapped ECA 1 (Steep Slope)--if the tree is in this area, remember that Carol Anderson has good language re vegetation removal for sites containing these ECAs.
