tenant rights want to terminate lease - 10/7/23 moved in for 1 day, we had to clean up lots of dog hair in vents and throughout the property - construction started next door the fence was taken down was told the backyard is private - once the fence came down it was exposed to neighbors yard, landlord is not being professional about our reason to leave the property, did not pay deposit due to condition report, paid 1st month rent $2,875 - I left property on 10/8/23 I am requesting a full refund,
