There are folks doing construction on the building. They have consistently begun loud work around 6am, using heavy equipment such as buzz saws and generators, and hammering on the side of the building. It is very loud and disruptive. This is a dense area with several apartment buildings.

I've been dealing with leak repairs for over 2 months. Part of my apartment is habitable, but there has been nothing offered in the form of compensation for the inconvenience of not being able to use my entire unit.
