Unpermitted electrical repair to power outlets in living room to replace knob and tub wiring. Repair was unpermitted reconnection of electrical outlets from main circuit breaker in kitchen outside of the house and back to into the wall into the living room.

Only one working heater in upstairs bedroom which died based on age, owner has not repaired leaving no heater upstairs in the house. One heater to heat the entire home.

Front entry from street entrance are boulders that are slippery and too dangerous to utilize. Police and fire department refused to use when burglary at the residence due to the dangerous nature of this pathway.
