We haven't had hot water or heat since we moved September 1st. We had PSE come out end of September to turn on the heat and they told us the furnace and hot water heater is extremely dangerous to turn on and was leaking C02. We told out landlord and they had someone come out and fix it. All climate "fixed it" and had it PSE come out again. Second they came out they still said C02 was coming out of the systems and was still unsafe to use. We haven't heat or hot water for 50+ days.

Weeds debris and bushes impeding sidewalk traffic. Bushes with sharp thorns injure pedestrians. More than 1//3 of sidewalk unusable. Bushes well below 4 feet overgrown. Impedes wheelchairs and handicapped.
