I have been a tenant for 1 year now. Moved into the building while it was brand new due to an emergency move from previous address. I'm disabled and have medical equipment in my unit that needs to remain charged at all times. I fo dialysis from home every day. The first 2 weeks upon moving in every time I plugged something into a different putlet my power would go out. Prior to move in, fire in trash chute occurred. Tenant was not told this occurred prior to move in. Condition of trash room is awful, fire hazard, and safety concern. Requesting inspection.
