My neighbor in #4 leave dog poop everywhere, never cleans up.  They fight all night long. The apartment patio is filled with junk, raw garbage dog feces and salvaged materials.The interior is filled with unknown full plastic bags, 100's of spray paint cans, commercial fertilizer, raw garbage and rotting food.  The halls and paths are full blocked.  Grow light are on 24 hours.

The alley way, 25th Ave NE, is next to my property. It has dangerously old cottonwood and birch trees. These trees drop huge limbs onto my property. They have blocked my tenants access to his entrance, and damaged my roof. These trees are potentially putting human life in danger.
