Per 4/4/07 online complaint: "This residence is undergoing a remodel of the basement with no permits. Gas, water and electrical are all being worked on. Ongoing since 3/20/07." New owner as of 3/5/07.Per 4/10/07 online complaint (rec'd 4/11/07 by VAS): "Hi. The basement of the duplex where I live is being renovated without a permit. They are running new gas and water lines. The gas service has been repeatedly shut off AT THE METER. The carpenter ROUTINELY works and makes noise past 8pm."
