Per online complaint "This is a vacant lot, parcel 3126049521, on the corner of 95th and Fremont. It is owned by the owners of the adjacent apartment building to the lot's south. It is an eyesore, overgrown and a source of invasive plants for the rest of the neighborhood. It is never maintained."

Per online complaint, "This vacant lot on the corner of 96th and Fremont has a lot of garbage that has been dumped on it, which flies around the neighborhood. This has been the case for the past few months, and it is increasingly getting worse. It also now appears some people are camping on the property."
