Complaint: Land Use

Opened June 5, 2026

Evolve Apartments has recently installed a very bright, white "Now Leasing" sign on the side of their building. The sign operates 24/7. The bright white lights shine directly into my bedroom window. The lights outshine the street lights, illuminate a large surrounding area, and are bright enough to be clearly visible through my blinds and curtains. The lights are disruptive to the fair use of my residential apartment, disruptive to sleep, and are generally a nuisance.
