The property manager entered my unit using a universal fob without any advance notice, permission, or emergency situation.I did not receive any prior communication regarding entry.After entering, she stated that she "opened the wrong door."I am filing this complaint because this unauthorized entry violated my privacy and made me feel unsafe in my own home.

PAID HALF OF PRO RATED RENT. MOVE IN DATE WAS 3/16/26. AC PORT WAS NOT INSTALLED IN UNIT TO PROTECT HER PIANO. SHE IS A MUSICIAN AND THIS WORK WAS PROMISED BEFORE SHE MOVED IN AND HAS NOT BEEN DONE YET.
