Hi, I am somewhat uncertain as to which classification would be most appropriate for my grievance. My previous landlord is indisputably contravening building codes and landlord-tenant regulations in Washington pertaining to habitability, quiet enjoyment, and safety. As per RCW 59.18.060, landlords are mandated to maintain their properties in satisfactory condition.
