I live in the basement unit and now I don't have access to thegarage, where thebreaker box is. Ihave several outages a week byplugging in 2 smallappliances. I don'tbelieve my unit iswired correctly. Also,the property is notregistered as a multi-unit propertywhich is why I can'tget internet installedin my unit.

My property manager is blocking my only exit out of my unit with garbage cans. I have less than 24 inches to get around the garbage cans. I've notified this to him multiple times. According to the Seattle Building Code, "1024.1 Exit passageways. Exit passageways serving as an exit component in a means of egress system shall comply with the requirements of this section. An exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose other than as a means of egress and a circulation path. 1024.2 Width.
