I am sorry to report that again, this morning Friday Four Seasons began pressure washing the pavement and area around their front door on upper Union before 6 AM. starting, I think about 5.30 AMI called the Manager , an exceptionally courteous gentleman, Mr Nick Elldridge and asked he observe 25.08. I may be wrong, but I think he was unaware an applicable City Code exists.I explained I do appreciate the FS as good neighbours, but these machines sound like a small aircraft engine revving, p

5/29/12 DG I am going to cite the Four Season's Hotel. This is the second time this year that they have had maintenance work taking place outside before 7 AM weekday and 9 AM weekend.

2/13/12 This is a complaint about a Four Seasons Hotel violation of City Ordinance 25.08 that began on Sunday morning February 12th at approx 0045 AM At that time some homeowners on the south side a 98 Union Street Condominiums were woken up by Four Seasons staff pressure washing the public street--not the sidewalk, the street --on upper Union Street. They had begun at the west end of upper Union by the fountain and were working their way back toward First Ave with an unmuffled pressu
