My entire apartment (and I assume many others in my building as well) is completely illuminated as if it's day- even with blinds shut tightly. There is a pole construction at midnight from 0:00am through morning (still happening now). The sound is way too loud to allow anyone in the family to sleep. And the sign on the street says it will last until 9.19 (from 2pm to 7am, but they only started on midnight at 0am and still constructing now until 7:50am).
