The heat has been out all of this fall/winter 2021 and about half of last winter. We have been promised repairs but are not seeing any progress. As it is going to be below freezing next week, I am concerned for our safety. We have been given space heaters but plugging in more than one causes the circuits to trip. One space heater is not sufficient to heating our apartment.
