There is road construction happening on Eastlake Ave E at the e Roanoke St intersection. It is 3:30am and they are still out there being very loud. The bright lights are still on and there is yelling, drilling, hammering, large objects being dropped into metal containers, loud machinery. They are surrounded by residential buildings in close proximity and this is the second night in a row of these late night disturbances (although tonight is worse than last night)
