Overgrown low hanging branches - I walked right into it and I'm only 5'8. Serious hazard for handicap people in the neighborhood and potential major lawsuit.

Per CSB; SDCI - Enforce bright light illumination - Light pollution issue at the Oslo Building on Bellevue. It is the only building roof with lights on all night long, and the developer said months ago that they would be turning them off or changing them to motion lights. It is unreasonably bright and as all other buildings in the area have done, the lights need to be off at night.
