ZONING/Light glare--per CSB--www.cascadeplayground.org organized outdoor movie every Friday night in July. The speaker of the movie was very loud, the movie didn't end until midnight. It was very loud that disturbed my sleep. Big Screen loud speaker produce both noise and light pollution. (SPD has been contacted regarding noise portion of complaint) . SPD/SDCI - Report of loud noise and enforce bright light illumination
